
Around the lake
The first obstacles were relatively easy: Up the olympic hill, some crawling and brachiating, nothing too hard.



The mud hole
No modern day obstacle race without the obligatory mud hole. It was definitely the best part of the race – at least for taking pictures.




Laundry
I don't know if it was the course designer's empathy or pure evilness to let the athletes wade through some ice cold water to get rid of all the mud before returning home.
